Job Description 

Orveda Limited is looking for a Regional Manager to join our fast-growing, dynamic and hands-on team. The successful candidate’s mission will be to effectively grow and develop the Orveda brand in the Greater London area. 

S/he will be responsible to seek new trading opportunities, specifically in terms of a brand Retail Infiltration Program amongst Luxury Department stores in and around greater London. 

Additional duties will include recruiting, coaching, training, managing and developing multiple Orveda Sales teams in London.  

 Requirements include:

  •  Excellent communication skills (in English)
  • The ability to converse in French is desirable but not essential
  • Expertise in luxury goods/super-premium beauty products
  • A familiarity within the Spa Industry.

ACCOUNTANT

Job Description

Orveda is looking for the right person to join our fast-growing, dynamic and hands-on team to head up/manage the company’s Accounts, Finance and Administration (HR).

Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate needs to be a qualified, certified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • All accounting for the UK and new subscribers of the brand, as well as the parent companies of Orveda Limited.  
  • Ability to assist with US regulations. 
  • Evaluation, management and reporting of sales forecasts, insurance policies, accounts, profitability monitoring, invoicing, cash flow and tax across identical businesses
  • Active and direct participation with Orveda’s Logistics Operations Manager
  • Advanced IT skills: Excel & Accounting software
  • Ad-hoc projects including analysis & reporting

CRM, VIP & EVENTS MANAGER

Job Description

Orveda is looking for an enthusiastic, strategic, creative and passionate communicator to join our fast-growing team to head up and manage Customer Relations, as well as our VVIP, Loyalty and Events programmes.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate needs to have extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry, as well as a strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies. We are looking for a confident, articulate and strategic communicator with an excellent command of the English language, and an ability to speak French being ideal, though not essential. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
  • Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company. 
  • Overseeing direct communications with customers through CRM.
  • Developing, delivering and managing an effective loyalty programme.
  • Developing, delivering and managing an effective VVIP programme, which includes the conceptualisation, organisation and management of bespoke events.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

Job Description

Orveda is looking for a Development Product Engineer to join our fast-growing, dynamic and hands-on team. The successful candidate’s mission will be the management of product development throughout the entire supply chain, from concept to industrial production and market launch.

S/he will be responsible of managing the product launch plan; ensuring that product/category projects are successfully delivered to cost, quality & time and maintaining the existing product portfolio to preserve its profitability and availability in all our point of sales.

Additional duties will include quality product management, new sourcing and suppliers’ relationship management. 

Requirements include:

  •  Excellent communication skills (in English and desirable in French)
  • A solid knowledge of raw materials and premium packaging suppliers and technologies; expertise in luxury goods/super-premium beauty products manufacturing; and a familiarity within the Spa Industry.
  • Knowledge/experience in eco-conception (formula or packaging) and sustainable project development would be a plus.
